| The Company announces that is has retained, subject to
regulatory approval, VSA Resources Ltd (VSA), of London, UK, to provide
investor relations and fund raising services. VSA will provide a
research report and will organize an Institutional Investor Relations
roadshow in London and other cities in Europe on a best efforts basis
during February and March 2005.
VSA provides financial services and is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, an independent UK body that regulates the financial services industry in the UK. VSA will be paid a fee of £8,750 to prepare the research report, plus £2,200 per day for attendance at each "road show", plus expenses. On the closing of a financing through VSA’s introduction, VSA will also be paid a cash commission of 4.5% plus 5% option/warrants on the gross proceeds. For more information contact: |
